Ayurveda feels that people with vata body type find comfort, safety, security and love in food to fulfill their inner hunger.

Ayurveda offers alternate ways to balance. Ayurveda helps through diet and lifestyle to acheive a state of balance. Kapha body type are more prone to accumulation of toxins and emotions. Detoxification or cleansing process may help to avoid undue attachments and accumulations in and outside of the body.

People of Pitta constitution are lucky who can eat and metabolise everything, until the aggresive mind, pushes the body to, either vata or kapha imbalance. Relaxation and Calming therapies help pitta to balance.

Sleep is considered one of the three pillars in Ayurveda. to start the day energetic and have the day productive, rested sleep is very important. There are many factors which could result in disturbed sleep;
